Our staff is talented

The satisfaction of the client is one of our essential priorities. This is why our 900 employees in France and Germany have, over the years, been able to forge strong skills in our profession of forging and extrusion.

To help them, we invest each year almost 3% of the wage bill in training, in particular by sharing the knowledge of our experts within the company or by training leading to qualifications.

At GEVELOT EXTRUSION, the staff is at the core of the know-how, quality and performance of the company, as they said themselves in a survey carried out in late 2008: « What I do in my work is important ».

We believe that team work, suggestions and participation from everyone are the keys to success. GÉVELOT EXTRUSION staff find their line managers to be « generally open to suggestions for change » ; and 80% of them think that « there is a good atmosphere in their department ».

We also pay special attention to the integration of our new staff through an induction course which includes an overview of the company’s departments and also several days on site with our manufacturing production lines.

Similarly, each member of our staff has an annual interview with their manager to review their skills and their career development.
