Our technology is especially suitable for complex geometry shafts which incorporate sophisticated filtration or collapsing systems.
In many cases, the technology is able to meet increasingly stringent torque requirements, while eliminating the need for costly heat treatment that might also cause distortion.
Recommended material grades: low- and medium-carbon non-alloy steels, and also steels with a higher carbon content that can be used in induction hardening; aluminium alloys may also be offered.
